Laser Defender P/F Flexible Laser Shield
Laser Defender P/F Flexible Laser Shield is the Laser Defender Pro Laser Safety Curtain Floor mounted laser protection screen. Laser protection exposure limit PEL value is the same as Laser Defender Pro laser protection curtain. It has the characteristics of high laser protection level, convenient use, and high-cost performance, especially suitable for large area protection.
Laser Curtain 3 Standard Models
There are three available standard forms of P/F laser protective screens: mobile type, fixed type, and three-fold type
Laser Defender P/F laser protective screen can be combined flexibly. There are magic stickers on the side of the protective screen, which are used to connect multiple sets of protective screens. When it is necessary to reduce or expand the protection area, it is only necessary to increase or decrease the protection screen module.
- Mobile Laser Defender Universal casters with brakes are installed at the bottom of the P/F laser protection screen, which is convenient for mobile positioning and is suitable for occasions where the site layout changes frequently.
- Fixed Laser Defender; The height-adjustable foot cup is installed at the bottom of the P/F laser protective screen, which is fixedly connected to the ground through expansion bolts, saving floor space and suitable for occasions where the site layout is long-term stable.
- Tri-fold Laser Defender P/F laser protective screen is composed of three modules, which can be folded and moved, and can be enclosed in L-shape, U-shape, or I-shape. It can be folded and stored, especially suitable for laser experiments, laser machine display, maintenance, and other occasions.. Laser Defender P/F laser protection screen can be fitted with a laser protection window for observing the laser from outside the protected area.
Installation Notes:
The frame of the P/F laser protective screen is composed of aluminum frame modules, which can be quickly assembled with an Allen wrench, easy to install, and users can completely install it by themselves. The upper part of the protective curtain is fixed on the frame with a ring, and the lower part is fixed with a Velcro buckle. Casters are installed at the bottom of the mobile protective screen, and height-adjustable foot cups are installed at the bottom of the fixed laser protective screen.
The foot cups are fixed to the ground with expansion bolts, and the expansion bolts are prepared by the user.
When two adjacent Laser Defenders, the P/F laser protection screen is arranged in an L shape, the installation position of the caster assembly can be adjusted at the bottom of one set of the protection screen (according to the red arrow in the lower right figure) direction adjustment), so as to adjust the relative position of two adjacent sets of protective screens, to fit the site space.
Laser Defender P/F 45XX tri-fold mobile laser shield consists of three sets of aluminum frames and three pieces of Laser Defender. The Pro Laser Curtain is assembled, paying attention to the installation of castors and hinges between adjacent frames.
When the laser protective window is selected, we will match the opening on the protective curtain and the protective window frame. When installing, clamp the protective curtain between the window frame and the laser protective window, align the screw holes, and fasten with the matching screw nuts. The size of the standard laser protection window is 40cm wide x 33cm height. If you need a custom-made laser protection window, it will lead to a substantial increase in price and lead time.
