Autoclave

This Benchtop Autoclave is a fully automatic, microprocessor controlled unit with a capacity from 35 L to 50 L, 134°C working temperature, and 0.22 MPa working pressure. Made up of stainless steel chamber, offers four stainless steel sterilizing plates. The process of water addition, temperature rise, sterilization, drying steam discharge are controlled automatically. Equipped with steam water inner circulation system, no steam discharge, keeps the surrounding environment clean and dry.

Another variation of the Benchtop Autoclave is a class B benchtop autoclave, comprising 3 pulsating-vacuum, offers a capacity from 12 L to 23 L and vacuum up to 0.09 MPa. Features B&D test and vacuum test procedures to test the penetrability with double lock door system for safety during operation. Designed with 304 stainless steel chamber, it has jet type of steam generator, ensures the efficient sterilizing. Equipped with imported & advanced 16-bit microprocessor, LCD display, and advanced self-test system, this autoclave has alarm system for waste water tank. With Optional built-in mini-printer or USB connector, it can also record the sterilizing process data.

Ethylene Oxide Sterilizer is vertical (manual front door opening) cabinet and microprocessor controlled autoclave with the sterilization capacity of 120 L or 220 L. This fully automatic unit features 50°C sterilizing temperature, -60 kPa hydraulic pressure and 0 to 99 hour adjustable sterilization time. Double layer structure of chamber is made up of stainless steel S13603. The Hydrogen Peroxide Plasma Sterilizer is a low temperature PLC control system based autoclave with the sterilization capacity from 100 L to 190L. This fully automatic unit features 50°C sterilizing temperature, 50 Pa hydraulic pressure and 45 to 50 min sterilization time.
